Emotionally Honest

“You are the one you’ve needed by your side all along. The time has come to start loving the real you.

True growth begins when you feel safe, seen, and genuinely accepted. My goal is to create a space that feels warm and authentic, where you can explore your story without judgment. Together, we’ll go beyond just surviving—tapping into tools that help you build lasting connections, heal from past wounds, and move into a more fulfilling life with greater resilience and purpose.

Bassy's Approach
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) guides us in understanding and processing our emotions to foster secure and meaningful connections. Together, we explore the patterns in how you experience and respond to feelings, cultivating clarity, balance, and insight. Through this work, we support the deepening of your relationships and the development of lasting emotional resilience.
Somatic work uses the body’s natural responses to stress and trauma to support healing. Together, we track physical sensations and patterns to safely release tension and regulate the nervous system. This approach promotes greater emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
Psychodynamic Therapy helps us understand the deeper patterns shaping our thoughts, feelings, and relationships. By exploring how past experiences and unconscious beliefs influence the present, this approach creates space to uncover what’s been hidden, heal unresolved wounds, and build healthier ways of relating—to ourselves and to others.

FAQ

How do I know which therapist is right for me?
You don’t have to figure that out alone. We take time to get a feel for who you are and what kind of connection will help you open up and grow. Matching people well is something we’re known for — and if it doesn’t feel right, we’ll talk about it and find the person who does.
That’s completely okay. The fit between you and your therapist matters more than anything else. If at any point you feel someone else on our team might be a better match, you can reach out to us support@corerelationships.com and our intake coordinator will reach out to initiate a smooth transition. Our goal is for you to get the care that feels right for you — even if that means working with another therapist here.
Therapy at Core isn’t about getting advice — it’s about getting to the heart of why things feel stuck, so the answers start to come from within you. We help you slow down, notice what’s really happening underneath, and make sense of it together.
At times, we’ll offer guidance or a new way of seeing something, but the goal isn’t to direct your life — it’s to help you trust your own voice and move through relationships with more clarity, confidence, and calm.

We’re not here to bandage the symptoms. We’re here to stop the bleeding—for good.
