Therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, knowing you'll be met with warmth, compassion, and genuine understanding. Together, we'll explore the patterns shaping your experiences and relationships, make sense of what's keeping you stuck, and create room for something different. My goal is to help you feel more secure in who you are, more confident in what you need, and more connected in the relationships that matter most.

Meet Malka

Malka holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide. Her work focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families better understand themselves, navigate relationship challenges, and recognize the patterns that shape the way they connect with others.

Her approach is rooted in a simple belief: meaningful change begins with connection. She sees therapy as a collaborative process, one where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. With warmth, curiosity, and genuine compassion, she helps clients make sense of what they're experiencing and begin to understand what's keeping them stuck.

Malka has a particular interest in couples and relationship dynamics, helping people navigate emotional distance, recurring conflict, and the often-unspoken needs that leave partners feeling misunderstood. She also works with individuals looking to break familiar patterns, develop a stronger sense of self, and build relationships that feel more secure, fulfilling, and connected.

In the therapy room, Malka brings a balance of thoughtfulness, warmth, and humor. She takes the work seriously without believing every moment needs to feel heavy. For her, therapy is a space where difficult conversations can coexist with laughter, where clients feel genuinely cared for, and where greater self-understanding becomes the foundation for lasting change.

Approach

A Collaborative Relationship

Therapy is something we do together. We'll explore your experiences, what may be getting in the way, and what you want to be different, at a pace that makes room for you to be yourself.

Understanding Your Patterns

Slowing down can help you make sense of the patterns you fall into, understand how you relate to yourself and others, and begin trying something different.

Warmth, Compassion & Humor

Meaningful work doesn't always have to feel heavy. Malka brings genuine care and respect to therapy, with room for humor, laughter, and lightness along the way.
