We're out-of-network, and our billing team handles the paperwork so you don't have to.
Before your first session, our concierge billing team verifies your out-of-network mental health benefits and walks you through what to expect: your deductible, your reimbursement rate, and any session limits. After each session we submit the claim to your insurer on your behalf, track it, and follow up if anything stalls. Reimbursement is paid directly to you, usually within a few weeks of each claim.
Session fees vary by therapist and by session length. We share the specific fee for your therapist during your free 15-minute consultation, alongside a benefits estimate, so you can decide what makes sense before committing.
