Individual therapy session at Core Relationships
Individual Therapy

The pattern, not just the symptom.

For adults who look capable on the outside and feel tired, anxious, or quietly stuck on the inside — often caught in the same emotional loops, no matter how much they understand themselves.

Individual therapy at Core Relationships is for adults who look capable on the outside and feel tired, anxious, lonely, or stuck on the inside. You may be high-functioning at work, thoughtful in your relationships, and still quietly caught in the same emotional loops over and over again.

Clients often come to us for anxiety, attachment wounds, self-worth, relational trauma, difficult family dynamics, dating patterns, and the exhausting feeling of always having to hold it together. The common thread is usually not just the symptom. It is the pattern underneath it.

Our therapists work attachment-focused and trauma-informed. The work is collaborative and active. We do not simply reflect back what you already know. We help you understand what gets activated in you, where it comes from, and how to respond differently when it shows up in real life.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and weekly to start. We see clients in person at our Cedarhurst, Long Island office and virtually across NY.
