It's late. The dishes are still in the sink and the room is quiet in that particular way. Or it isn't quiet at all, and you're already three sentences into the same fight you had on Tuesday, and you both know how it ends. You're not broken, and you're not bad at this. You're stuck in a loop neither of you knows how to step out of: one reaches, the other goes quiet, both of you leave a little lonelier than before.
Couples therapy here is a place to slow that down. To finally say the thing that's been underneath all of it, and have your partner actually hear it. To stop defending and start getting curious about each other again. It doesn't fix everything overnight, but it changes what's possible between you.
Sessions are 50 minutes. We meet in person at our Cedarhurst, Long Island office and virtually across NY.
The right fit matters here. Our well-trained clinicians work with couples through conflict, repair, intimacy, and family patterns, drawing on proven, relationship-focused methods to help you rebuild trust, communicate honestly, and reconnect in a way that lasts.
