Infertility, Perinatal & Postnatal Therapy
The path to parenthood, or the struggle to reach it, can be one of the most emotionally disorienting experiences of adult life. Whether you're navigating fertility treatment, processing pregnancy loss, or finding the postnatal period harder than you expected, you don't have to hold it alone.
Infertility and pregnancy loss
Infertility is a grief that doesn't have a clear language in our culture. Each cycle, each result, each conversation with a doctor: it accumulates. The emotional weight of it often lives alongside a pressure to stay hopeful, to be strong, to not burden the people around you. Therapy creates the space to put all of that down and actually feel what you're carrying.
The perinatal period
Pregnancy brings its own set of emotions that aren't always the ones people expect. Anxiety, ambivalence, the reawakening of old relational wounds: these are common, and they deserve real attention. We work with expectant parents individually and as couples, helping them navigate what this transition is stirring up.
Postnatal adjustment
Postpartum depression and anxiety exist on a spectrum, and both are far more common than people are told. Beyond the clinical picture, there's also the adjustment: to identity, to relationship, to a version of yourself you may not recognize yet. We hold space for all of it, without judgment, without the pressure to feel grateful.
